im the OIC (overall in charge)
so what happens is i need food IC, which in this case could be rachel.
then as some want to go drinking (not compulsory), i need a drinking IC, which would be SR.
therefore the two of them will think of what to do. i will coordinate and arrange a date which would be convenient for people. SET?
